CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION FORM FOR CONSUMERS

((1) Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can not be attributed to either his commercial or his independent professional activity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods made to customer specifications.

(2) Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not a carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods or the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last part.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Fix Metall GmbH by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below or submit another clear statement to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (eg by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation. To maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

(3) Consequences of the revocation:

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will have you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You only have to pay for any loss of value if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
