We are just selling online. Pickup is not available.

If an item is on stock, we usually start to prepare the delivery the same day. The material will then be shipped either the same day, or the next day at 2 pm. The average transportation time depends on the carrier. Tracking information is available.

Ordering at www.mysteel24.com is uncomplicated. In the upper black menu bar (material) select the desired material and/or in the left menu (product type) select the desired product type - the product form. There you enter the desired cutting length and the number for the desired dimension and add this to the shopping cart using the shopping cart symbol.

You can easily register by using the button "LOGIN" in the top-menu followed by "Register now", or also directly during the checkout process.

Mysteel24.com ships to all EU-countries plus to Bosnia, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro und Serbia

We ship with our logistics partners DHL and GLS. Larger shipments are being made by spedition companies.

You can pay by creditcard (Visa, Master und Diners Club), Paypal, Sofort, Klarna, EPS. For registered and verified customers we offer payment by invoice (10 days net). Please contact us by using the contact form in the top-menu.

Our online payments are being processed by our paymentpartner Braintree. Your account resp. creditcard will be charged at the end of the checkout process. After suxessful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please select your desired items by using the top-menu "MATERIAL" and/or the left-menu "SHAPE". Then input the desired length into the field "Dimension" and the desired quantity into the field "Quantity". You will receive your quotation instantly. Transportation cost will be added during the checkout process.

This depends on the type of your registration. If you have set up your account as a business user (B2B), prices will be shown excluding VAT (except for Autrian B2B-customers). If you registered as a private customer (B2C) or did not regiser at all (anonymous customer) prices will be shown including the appropriate VAT of your country (For anonymous customers 20% VAT).

We do not have minimum order quantities. The only exceptions are of technical nature (ie. minimum length of offcuts 50 mm, maximum width of sheets because of transport, maximum cut length 3000 mm (because of transport). You will be receive notifications about the minimum and maximum sizes during the order process.

You can find our cutting tolerances by following the button "Information" in the top-menu. In case you need a better tolerance than the one offered, please send us a note in the order message box. We will try to comply with your requirement.

We only deal in semi-finished products. Scratches and grooves occur when picking the goods and cannot be totally avoided. Scratch-free surface cannot be guaranteed.

You can view technical data to each product by clicking on the item or by clicking on the item group title (black). If you have further questions, please use our contact form under the menu item "Contact".

These show the availability of the material. The green dot means that the material is in stock in the selected quantity. A yellow dot means that the material is not in stock in sufficient quantity and must be sourced and will be available within 2 - 3 working days. A red dot has the same meaning as yellow, but the delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days. You will also receive this information if you click on the respective dot.

After successfully completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping data including the tracking number. You can also see the status of your order at any time in your customer account under "Account" -> "My last orders".

The shipping costs depend on the selected parcel service and the country of delivery. You can see the transport costs via the menu item (top menu) "Information" -> "Shipping costs".

Depending on the country of order, only the payment methods that are relevant for the country are displayed. The payment method "Payment on account" is only displayed for registered and verified customers. See also the payment methods question above.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been tailored to your individual requirements and/or refined with other services, as we cannot resell the item.

Of course, at Mysteel24.com you have the option of revoking the contract without giving reasons in accordance with your statutory right of revocation. All information on the subject of revocation can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, all items that we have tailored to your specific requirements and/or refined with other services for you are excluded from cancellation.

Mysteel24.com attaches particular importance to the trustworthy handling of your data. Therefore, they are used exclusively for our own purposes, e.g. for processing your order. As part of the credit check and the delivery of your ordered goods, we only work with partners selected by us. You can find everything on the subject of data protection in our data protection notice.

You can view old orders and change your billing and delivery address via your customer account. In addition, your last shipping and payment methods are saved. You can also change your password.
