General Terms and Conditions of the company MYSTEEL24 e.U.

§1 Scope of application and definition of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Mysteel24 e.U., Flemingstr. 2, 2332 Hennersdorf, Austria, E-Mail: office@mysteel24.com apply to all orders placed in the online store www.mysteel24.com.

(2) Consumer in the sense of these terms and conditions is someone for whom the transaction is not part of the operation of his business.

§2 Conclusion of a contract

(2) The presentation of the goods in our internet store does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but are only a non-binding invitation to the buyer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the Buyer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

From the binding submission of the order, the Buyer can, after checking his details, return to the Internet page on which the Customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him.

(4) We shall confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute an acceptance of your purchase offer, but only confirms the receipt of your order. The purchase contract is only concluded if we accept your order within 3 working days after receipt by sending an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The stated prices include the value added tax in the respective legal amount. In addition, shipping costs in the amount of see shipping costs table.

(2) The buyer has the option of payment by cash in advance, credit card (via Paypal) and PayPal.

(3) If the buyer has chosen payment by cash in advance or Paypal, he undertakes that the purchase price is received in our account at the latest on the 7th opening day of our bank after sending the order confirmation to the buyer to his last known e-mail address, if the purchase contract is otherwise terminated. As far as we deliver by cash on delivery, the maturity of the purchase price claim occurs with receipt of the goods. The invoice amount is to be paid in cash upon delivery to the employee of the delivery service carrying out the delivery.

§4 Delivery

(1) After sending the order confirmation (in case of order by cash on delivery) or after receipt of the purchase price on our account (in case of order by cash in advance or by Pay-Pal) we ship by parcel service within 3 working days. If we do not have the ordered item in stock, the buyer will be informed immediately about the delay in delivery. Items not in stock can be delivered in a short time of 5 - 10 working days.

(2) If the buyer has chosen payment in advance or Paypal, we will ship the goods within three working days after receipt of payment.

(3) If we are not able to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of our own because the upstream supplier has not fulfilled its contractual obligations or the goods are no longer available, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately by e-mail of the withdrawal from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately in the same way. In this case we are not liable for any damages or other claims of the buyer, especially not for delay or consequential damages or lost profits.

§5 Right of withdrawal for consumers

(1) Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications.

(2) Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods or the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mysteel24 e.U. by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website www.mysteel24.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

(3) Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You will only have to pay for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

§6 Contract text

The text of the contract is stored on our internal systems. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed on our website at any time. The order data and the general terms and conditions will be sent to you by e-mail. After completion of the order, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

§8 Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply to the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions and to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the statutory provisions. 6.1 We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator Netgenerator GmbH within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, address and contact data of the buyer. 8 Consent and right of revocation
